How engagements work
Every relationship starts with the same product: a fixed-scope Data Platform Assessment. Two to three weeks, a fixed fee quoted up front, a written findings report and a ranked roadmap. The roadmap is written so your team can execute it without us. If you want delivery help afterwards, each phase is scoped and priced separately.
The rules
We do not resell software, take referral fees, or sign year-long statements of work. We do not publish statistics we cannot prove or testimonials nobody said. The guides are the same checklists we use inside engagements, published in full.
