A fixed fee, quoted before we start, based on the number of systems in scope. The scoping call that produces the quote is free and takes thirty minutes.
Which platforms do you work with?
The major cloud warehouses and lakehouse stacks. The assessment is platform-neutral by design: the recommendation is what fits your workloads and team, not a partner agreement.
Can our team execute the roadmap without you?
That is the design goal. The roadmap is written for your engineers, with sequencing and risks spelled out. Some clients hire us for delivery; some do not. Both are fine outcomes.
Do you resell software or take referral fees?
No. Recommendations would be worthless otherwise.
